I've been to Fleming Mountain many times since it's opened. The staff has always been attentive and kind. They have a good selection of bar drinks and I personally always enjoy a mule when I'm there. The steaks are the star of the show here no doubt, but the supporting options shouldn't be left out. I love the salad bar here. I would come for the salad bar alone. And the best news is it's unlimited with the purchase of your entree. The fried chicken should be mentioned too. I've gotten it on several occasions and it's always crispy and flavorful. The restaurant is cosy and they always make sure they put their customers first.

Smoked Old Fashion was very good, not too sweet to over power the whiskey. Smoked it right at the table with cedar. Good touch. Ribeye was a good cut. Cooked perfect. Baked potato was spot on and came out without the foil which was a plus. Bourbon pecan pie with ice cream topped off the meal. Dessert coffee was great not burnt. Service was great and got to meet the owner. 5 Stars

Fabulous salad bar, the scallops were very good and the salmon was very good too.

Carol quickly found us seats and got us of the bar, which was nice enough but having difficulty keeping up. Kaylee did an amazing job waiting on our large party. I haven't seen anyone do such a competent job in years. With 15 or 16 people at the table, she was able to keep up. And knew where everything went. Not once did she have to ask who had what. She even kept all the differing temperatures of steaks sorted out and in front of the correct person. Great drink selection. Fair beer selection. Good menu choices. All of the food was good, but the appetizers were exceptional. I could go back just for the appetizers. Roger did a good job with steaks and explaining everything.

Incredible experience! Loved the table side service with having your steak cut to order. Amazing taste! Appetizer of the thick cut bacon was amazing. Salad bar also delicious. Try the smoked drinks, great presentation and taste. Can't wait to come back and try the sea bass!!!

We just experienced the treasure that is Fleming Mountain Grill for the first time this evening while celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary. It was a delight from start to finish! Georgia was so accommodating and welcoming; she was exceptional with handling our reservation, made us feel right at home when we walked in, and really set the tone for the evening for us. Cara/Kara was an excellent waitress and took great care of us. Roger, the owner, hand cut our steaks for us, which were phenomenal and we loved hearing about where the beef came from. We ordered the crab-stuffed shrimp for an appetizer and it was delicious! Who doesn’t love an endless salad bar and fresh bread, with regular and cinnamon butter? We both ordered ribeyes, they were cooked exceptionally well, and our sides were wonderful (roasted veggies, loaded baked sweet potato, and macaroni and cheese with bacon). We were so touched to receive a slice of salted caramel cheesecake as an anniversary gift and to say it was sublime would be putting it mildly. Thank you so much, Fleming Mountain Grill, for making our anniversary so special. You’ve got some new repeat customers in us, for sure!
